And indeed, if this Reading by which the mountains are moved or the earth would be split apart or the dead would be made to speak, indeed, they wouldn't believe. But all Commands belongs to Lord Allah. Then have those who believed despair that if Allah had wished, He would have guided mankind, altogether? And those who disbelieved don't desist to be affected with what they have produced, by calamity or it will descend near their home until there comes the Promise of Allah. Indeed, Allah doesn't breach in His Promises.
Mankind created in Paradise is deputed into the earth to test them with what they have been provided with as explained in verses 2: 155-157. The Impartial Lord has given the freedom for each soul either to be grateful or ungrateful by teaching Adhikr from the Paradise itself. Whoever testifies the Insight mentioned in verse 6: 104, the Truth mentioned in verse 10: 108, and the Guidance mentioned in verse 17: 15 it is for himself. And whoever turns blind towards It, it is against herself. The Messenger or believer is not an authority upon anyone. The believer will transform his Jinn soulmate into a believer with Adhikr-the Permission. He will not be hurt or killed by anyone or by any accidents, instead, he will only die as a true Muslim as explained in verses 3: 101-102. It is told in verses 30: 41 and 32: 21 that Impartial Lord will make them taste the light punishments other than the greater punishment so that they may be returning into the Straightpath-Adhikr”.
All other worthless and soulless Arabic Quran reading Fujjar will witness against their soul that indeed they were disbelievers at the time of death vide verse 7: 37 and on the Day of Judgment vide verse 6: 130. In the case of hypocrites, Lord intends to punish them with their wealth and children in this world and they have perished their soul as disbelievers as explained in verses 9: 55 and 85.
Verse 17: 58 says: "And there is no city except We destroy it before the Dooms Day or punish it with severe punishment. That has ever been marked in the Book". The Kuffar who are deaf, dumb, and blind towards Adhikr will not return to Straightpath and Paradise as explained in verses 2: 18 and 170-171. See explanation 3: 79-80, 102; 6: 35, 111 and 13: 11.
